Orders received on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume sales seasons will be processed on the next available business day. Minor processing delays may occur during peak periods to ensure careful quality checking and secure packaging.

Delivery Timeframe (USA & Global)

We offer standard shipping to the United States and most international destinations. Overall delivery estimates range from 10–20 business days after dispatch. United States domestic shipments typically arrive at the faster end of this window, while international deliveries may require additional transit and customs processing time. All delivery estimates are non-binding and may vary due to customs clearance, local logistics speed, seasonal congestion, weather conditions, or regional shipping restrictions.

Shipping Costs & Benefits

Forge Luna provides free standard shipping for all orders globally, with no minimum order requirement. No shipping fees apply to both U.S. domestic and international orders. For extremely remote locations with limited logistics coverage, rare remote area surcharges may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking & Updates

After your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier system to sync and display updated tracking activity. If your tracking status is inactive or stuck for an extended period, feel free to contact our team for assistance.

Customs & Import Responsibilities

International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees set by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product pricing or shipping service and are the customer’s sole responsibility. Delivery Restrictions

If you receive damaged, defective, missing, or wrong items, kindly provide clear photo or video evidence within 48 hours after delivery. We offer free replacement shipments or full refunds for verified lost or damaged packages in transit.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may update your shipping address or cancel your order free of charge while your order is still in processing status. Once your package has been dispatched, no changes, cancellations, or delivery intercepts can be made. Any additional fees caused by customer refusal of delivery will be borne by the buyer.
